Our Story

Harmonic Resonance Studios began as a dream in the heart of Dr. Evelyn Reed, a Grammy-winning sound engineer with a lifelong passion for music. After years of working in various recording studios across the country, Dr. Reed envisioned a space that prioritized both technical excellence and artistic collaboration. In 2010, that vision became a reality with the opening of Harmonic Resonance Studios in the vibrant Arts District of Los Angeles.
From the outset, Harmonic Resonance Studios was designed to be more than just a recording facility. Dr. Reed wanted to create a creative hub, a place where artists could come together to experiment, innovate, and refine their sound. The studio quickly gained a reputation for its state-of-the-art equipment, its acoustically pristine recording rooms, and its team of highly skilled and passionate engineers.
Over the years, Harmonic Resonance Studios has played host to a diverse range of artists, from emerging indie bands to established Grammy winners. We've had the privilege of working on countless albums, EPs, film scores, and voice-over projects, each one contributing to the rich tapestry of our studio's history.
One of the defining moments in our history was our collaboration with the legendary jazz musician, Miles Corbin, on his final album. The album, recorded entirely at Harmonic Resonance Studios, went on to win multiple awards and is now considered a classic. It was a testament to Dr. Reed's vision and the collaborative spirit that defines our studio.
As we look to the future, our commitment remains the same: to provide artists with the tools, expertise, and support they need to create exceptional recordings. We believe that every artist has a unique story to tell, and we're honored to play a part in bringing those stories to life.
