1. Usage of Our Services

Harmonic Resonance Studios, located at 555 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028, provides recording studio facilities, audio engineering services, music production, and related services. Our services are available to musicians, voice-over artists, audio production professionals, and others seeking audio recording and production solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following:

1.1. Booking and Payment

  • All studio bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired dates and times.
  • A deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment for studio time and services is due upon completion of your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Cash payments may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
  • Overtime: Any studio time exceeding the original booking will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

1.2. Studio Conduct

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while on the premises of Harmonic Resonance Studios.
  • Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by the client or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the client.
  • Harmonic Resonance Studios reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if the client's conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  • The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

1.3. Equipment Usage

  • Clients are permitted to use studio equipment under the guidance and supervision of our qualified engineers.
  • Clients are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the proper operation of equipment before use.
  • Any misuse or damage to equipment will be the financial responsibility of the client.
  • Clients may bring their own equipment, but Harmonic Resonance Studios is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal equipment.

2. Intellectual Property

Harmonic Resonance Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its clients to do the same. This section outlines the ownership and usage rights related to recordings and other creative works produced at our studios.

2.1. Ownership of Recordings

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of the master recordings created during their sessions at Harmonic Resonance Studios.
  • Harmonic Resonance Studios retains the right to use excerpts of client recordings for promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

2.2. Copyright

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for copyrighted material used in their recordings.
  • Harmonic Resonance Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringement committed by clients.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Harmonic Resonance Studios harmless from any claims of copyright infringement arising from their use of copyrighted material.

2.3. Session Files and Archiving

  • Clients are responsible for backing up their session files after the completion of their session.
  • While Harmonic Resonance Studios may retain session files for a limited time, we do not guarantee their availability after the client's departure.
  • Archiving services are available for an additional fee. Please inquire with our staff for more information.

3. Limitation of Liability

Harmonic Resonance Studios strives to provide a safe and reliable environment for our clients. However, we cannot be held liable for certain unforeseen circumstances. This section outlines the limitations of our liability.

3.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Harmonic Resonance Studios provides its services on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, equipment malfunction, or other issues that may arise during your session.

3.2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Harmonic Resonance Studios, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

3.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Harmonic Resonance Studios harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
